I need to connect my 2 rca jacks from my turntable to my amp 20' away. OK to use 2 1x male/female cables?

If your turntable puts out 0-1 Volt, i.e., has a built-in pre-amp, a 20' extension will work. But if your turntable output is in the 0-3 mV range, you will probably notice much loss in the highs with such a long cable. If so invest in a pre-amp and put it next to your TT. Many modern TTs include the pre-amp.
