These were fine, I don’t have anything too negative to say really. I ordered them for an art idea I had and they didn’t serve my purpose as I’d hoped, but I did use them. I did buy them to paint on. Two were cracked, not all the way through, but still cracked, had to modify them to use. Just because I found the product just ok for my use, doesn’t mean it won’t be perfect for your use. In a pinch I would buy this again

The descriptions clearly says this is bass wood; however the product label calls it Balsa wood. I kept it anyhow, but it's a shame it is falsely advertised as a sturdier basswood. I won't be ordering from Amazon again for craft wood.

I wanted this for fish fins on carvings...but need something heavier.

Great for crafting.
