No foul smell. Sprayed and left for a bit. Was not difficult to remove dirtiness. I poured in a 16oz container and only used about 4oz or less for 3 whole cabinets. Works really well , highly recommend. I bout most RMR cleaners forgot to take pictures of others only got this one.

I’ve tried various products over the years, but RMR 86 is the only one that works as advertised. It very literally did exactly what it the manufacturer said it would, removing mold stains in under a minute. My before and after pictures look like they would come from their website. I am still quite surprised how wel this product work when such products often fail miserable. Best product hands down- everything else is a waste of money. Read the safety instructions! The reason this product works so well is that it is extremely potent bleach based product. It is not a typical cleaning solution and should not be treated like one. You need to use a respirator if using in an attic or basement period. If you try to use this product in a small indoor area without proper ventaliton you will get sick, period. The overwhelming majority of the negative reviews that I have read are due to the buyers using the product incorrectly and without the correct safety gear / storage. Again this is not a typical cleaning product- it is an extelremely harsh chemical designed to treat the most common chemically resistant problem of mold. If you have a serious mold problem, get safety gear, suit up and buy of few gallons. You’ll be done in under an hour and your space is be mold free.

Worked good on tile floor

I live in a sub-climate (SW PA ridge) that is conducive to development of a greenish powdery mold on my rough-poplar T&G, real-barnwood, finished cherry, and soft pine paneling- particularly from waist level down. Using a USB-rechargeable "atomizing" spray bottle also purchased on Amazon, I applied it liberally and scrubbed with a sponge mop and sponge/scrubber pad, even though container directions say scrubbing/wipedown is not necessary. It WORKS!. Who'd a'thunk that a product thats active ingredient is derived from thyme (yes-like in parsley, sage, rosemary and...) would do an excellent job of mold remediation? Did I say, IT WORKS! It is non-toxic and doesn't even have an MSDS- you don't even have to wear protective gloves if you don't want to. It doesn't discolor if oversprayed; I did the inside of my closet with the hanging clothes still hanging. Nice non-toxic product made in the USA. Even the state of California would only require their ubiquitous "warning label" for the plastic bottle that contains this liquid. To add ice cream to the pie, I got this at a warehouse discount because the box had apparently been inadvertently sliced. I am a happy, moldless camper whose house briefly smelled of thyme as I did the work. GOOD purchase. Good product.

So far so good. This product is lightly scented and pleasant. ( Not like Odo Bans horrible scent) The room is left pleasantly refreshed---I trust and hope that its disinfection claims are true.

Ingredients are good and works. And affordable!

I like their other products but this was a bust. It needed wiping and sponging, even a little scrub brushing. Surfaces don't look cleaner than before on my shower tile. On my white windowsill it needed multiple applications and lots of human intervention. It wasn't even that dirty.

This stuff works great to clean and disinfect and I love that it doesn’t have toxic chemicals. The funky smell takes some getting used to, but it dissipates when it dries.
