Q: Is it good for stomach sleepers?

This pillow, in my opinion, is not good for anyone except back sleepers. I disliked it immensely and sent it back. I am a side sleep and it was terrible uncomfortable and it is also very hard. Would NOT recommend this pillow at all!

Q: How long does the off gassing last? Had mine airing out for a week still there!

For a very long time!! Mine STILL has a faint smell, and I’ve had it awhile now.

Q: Why does my pillow smell toxic???

Q: How do I get an extra pillowcase?

Dear Customer, Sorry we don't offer the pillowcase, most of the pillowcase can suit it. You just need to purchase the right size, it's better a little bit larger than the pillow. Slept better from night 1

I got this pillow because my normal pillow seemed to be exacerbating neck pain from bad posture. I slept better from the first night with this new pillow, and after a week, I've got more sleep and have been waking up feeling refreshed rather than feeling uncomfortable during the night and waking up with neck pain. I think some of the other reviews said that the pillow smelled strongly of chemicals from manufacture and needed lots of airing out, but mine didn't smell and I could start using it the day it arrived.
