I used this handheld device for about 3 weeks before I returned it. It just doesn't work. After fully charging the battery and following the proper way to mount your phone prior to turning on the device, the stabilizer would work for a few mins before going all crazy. While shooting video, the handheld gimbal would just rotate or move a certain direction without me doing anything to it. It would do this off and on. Sometimes the device would shake as if it was struggling to figure out which direction to turn on its own and the motor would be so loud while shaking and that would be the only thing you can hear on your video. I wanted to wait a few more days thinking it would fix on its own but nothing. The package came on time and by the looks of it, there was no apparent signs of damage to the package which made me believe it was all with the way this device was built. I paid a little over $100 for this and now I'm just going to spend 200 more and just get the DJI Osmo mobile. Pay more for the quality. I was trying to save but sometimes spending more will be more beneficial in the long run. This thing didn't last a month.

Crap. Crap. Crap. Would not repurchase.
