I bought this because I work on the computer all day and have a pinched nerve. This gives my arm support and relieves pressure making it more comfortable to work long hours. The quality seems to be pretty good and sturdy but I did have to glue the cloth back on. The clamp holding it to the desk works great I have not had any issues with it loosening up and is super easy to install. It also has a good amount of movement up and down and side to side. You can easily swivel from your mouse to the keyboard without raising your arm.

These are game-changers. The construction is incredibly sturdy, being metal for all the parts except the little curved bit where your arm sits. I worried that there wasn't enough padding, but they are shaped right and I have had no issues at all, even when using them for very extended periods of time (like 8 hours or more). I have a standing desk, so these mounting to the edges means I can support my arm weight and ease the strain on my shoulders even while I'm standing, which is amazing! Also, my desk chair's arms are way too far apart, and I didn't even realize how much it was contributing to my back, neck, and shoulder pain until I got these. Being able to swing my arm back and forth between typing and using my mouse has made a monumental difference for me. I didn't even realize how much I was leaning on the left arm rest of my chair until I got these... I was putting way too much of my weight in a lop-sided position. It took a little getting used to, but these are great for my posture because if I slouch too much, they'll drift a little, but if I square my shoulders and straighten my back, they support me exactly as much as I need them to. Note: one of the tiny pins was slightly loose in one of mine, so I had to carefully tap it back into place so that it didn't fall out. You can't even tell that it was loose now, which I showed in the pictures.

The quality is excellent. It is study and feels like it will last a very long time. I gave it only 4 stars because I needed it to because to make a full revolution. The design prevents it from doing that. It sits too low on the clamp and hits the desk which prevents the full revolution. That being said, my needs are unique and if all you are using it for is to work do work on your computer, then this will serve you well. I am an artist and hoped that this would freely move while my shoulder was protected. That was not the case. But like I said, for a computer user, this ia a great addition to your set-up. It is very good value for the money. It is comfortable to use since the height is adjustable, and it is sturdy. There is a foam pad where your arm rests and it looks like it would accommodate most users regarding what size their arms is.

I have a good office chair and didn't want to replace it, but I needed taller arm rests because my shoulders were hurting. It took less than 30 seconds to install, you don't even need directions. The support is great, you can adjust the height with a small switch (no screwdrivers or allen wrench required!), and it moves with your movements. There is a small pad that your arm or wrist can rest on for comfort as well. I am honestly blown away by how this thing moves with your own movements and the quality seems to be very good, it doesn't feel cheap at all. EDIT: Bought in Feb. 2025 and as of Oct. 2025 this thing is still going strong. It has held up amazingly. Still works as smoothly as the day I received it. The clamp has not come undone once and it is super sturdy. No complaints!

This armrest is a lifesaver! My desk is a bit taller than usual, and the armrest on my office chair was too low for my arm to rest comfortably. This armrest solved the problem. I simply attached it to my desk with the included screw, adjusted the height, and I was good to go. No instructions needed! The height is adjustable, and the two movable metal arms give you a full range of motion while keeping your elbow in place. In addition it also solved some pain I started to feel in my wrist from the unnatural arm position, I fully recommend it?

This elbow rest is a literal game changer. I work remotely, about 50 hours a week, and my elbow hangs from my desk since it's not a traditional desk. Honestly it's caused a ton of tendon pain and when I'm done for the day I find myself literally massaging it in hope it'll help (it never does). So on a whim, I bought this. And I shopped it out because there are much cheaper options. BUY. THIS. You don't need to research anymore. I did it for you. The others are plastic junk. This one is made wonderfully - quality metal is used on the arm and it's sturdy, solid and easy to operate. It didn't fit on my wonky desk but I was able to attach it to the chair beside me easily because the jaw is adjustable. I just tried that baby out for a few hours while working away on an excel project and WOW. Extremely comfortable, no more odd angles and trying to massage my wrist and elbow after using the mouse for extended periods of time. It's worth every penny, just buy it.

I've been playing video games for a very long time and it's important to me to be able to keep playing. It's the main thing that helps distract me from pain and illness. I have systemic lupus and a genetic type of arthritis that's destroying my joints. The most recent joint to go is my right shoulder that needs to be replaced. It was getting extremely painful trying to use my system and play games. It was getting near impossible to sit and play for any length of time. This has completely changed that and I can play without pain. Occasionally there still might be a tiny bit of pain if it's a bad day but no where near the amount it was before. I've lost the ability to do a lot of things I once enjoyed and was afraid playing video games was next on the list. Thanks to this device, it's no longer a concern. Thank you to whoever came up with the idea and design, it's restored my ability to do something I love.

TLDR: Pro's + Cheaper than the same rebranded products (they're all basically the same) + 90% made of metal! + Solid adjustment + Comfortable + Easy to install Con's - Knees might hate you if you mount them too close. - Part which cups your arm/elbow is made from plastic and will be the first to break after a while of usage. - Might get clammy after using it for a while depending on the person. The boring writing: Bought these armrests as my ergochair's armrests squeak so much that I had an embarrassing moment in an interview where someone commented on a squeaky chair. :') I also bought them because I can use them for my sit-stand desk while standing too! They work great and I can apply a lot of weight into them, the only point of concern I have for them breaking is the plastic cupping part where your arm goes and I doubt it will, unless you really try to break them. All of it is mostly made of metal, has really nice rubber grippy pads for the mounting mechanism, mounts solid to the desk and swivels nicely, though it is designed to be loose, there's a lot of negative reviews saying it's so easy to move, and that's the point of these armrests, they help you move your arms around for when you need even if you're not in the same sitting position as before, it's adaptable to other people too. For comfort, they are nice, I'm still trying to get used to them. I suffer with hypohydrosis, which means I sweat easily over literally anything such as holding something for a while, and I can feel my elbows getting sweaty quite quickly. I don't know if this is because of the material and how I can feel it compared to other armrests, but it's something I wanted to highlight here for anyone who sweats easily that they will feel slight dampness. The main reason why they aren't 5 stars, is that my main problem with them is that the screws they use to mount it to all sorts of desks is just too big for my custom desk, my desk is 4cm thick and it's just enough to cause the mounting screws to hit my knees while under the desk, it's something I can cope with or fix myself by changing these screws myself, but I had just wished they had slightly smaller mounting screw sizes, by about 2cm or 3cm. They're the type you'd see used in monitor mounting arms and I think they're the same screw used. Overall, great for both sitting and standing, easy to setup and are cozy to use, I like them and I would recommend them to people who have chairs with bad/no armrests. 1 year update (12/12/25): Still work just like brand new. Only thing is that the fabric began to peel away; easy fix with a bit of super glue but it's just the occasional reapplication. I changed the review from 4/5 to 5/5 as I didn't expect this to last and it's showing no signs of mechanical wear and tear (other than the fabric)

It works well if you only use a mouse. I bought it for use with my drawing tablet and mouse and after a while my elbow gets irritated. Therefore I rated it 3 stars.
