Got these to add a thin space between the bottom of my sourdough loaves and the dutch oven bottom. These allow airflow and prevents the loaves from burning on the bottom. They fit my 5 quart dutch oven perfectly.

I needed a low-rise rack to use for several purposes, including slightly elevating a pan in a small electric skillet. Seems well made and fits my cooking and baking needs well. Would also be useful as a small cooling rack. It is small so select the size that meets your needs. I am pleased with this rack and would recommend the company's cooling racks.

Bought the 13.8 inch for my All American canner, it is the largest canner they make. I really like it, because I can more easily put the maximum amount of quarts in the pressure canner. I can typically put 19 quarts of Ball and/or Kerr jars in the canner. Off brand jars could be bigger so I usually stick with these jars so I can get my 19 easily into the canner. The screen also works excellent for going under the 2nd layer of jars. It does not rust, even when using vinegar, to prevent cloudy jars.

Very sturdy - heavy-duty and well-made. They are sturdier than the Amazon pictures suggest. The vendor marketing pictures ( below the Amazon pictures ) depict their design and sturdiness much better.

So I returned.

I bought this so I can do tablet top Korean BBQ at home.Very well made. Not flimsy. (13.8") It fits perfect on my Weber Smokey Joe Premium.
