I love these! I make egg white bread. It's a keto thing. This works perfectly for them. Gives the bottom a nice crustier texture. Peels out nicely. I scrub them and then sanitize them in the dishwasher. Easy peasy. I would highly recommend these to anyone for either regular bread or egg white bread. Make sure you set them on a cookie sheet though, they are a tad flimsy, but that's what makes them perfect.

Out of the box this has a corky smell. I washed it twice and also did the 5 minute boiling water "rinse/clean" as suggested in the product description. This is the 20 cavity version cavities are about 2 inches in diameter - small. Maybe good for a dinner roll? Haven't used it yet because of the smell. I may be returning it. Strange smell - I'll give it another day or so to off-gas. If it still smells it's going back.

Not what I expected. I haven’t attempted to use it yet. I will and update my result. It’s much smaller than I expected.

Was trying to make bread..the pan just didn’t have enough structure to it..too flimsy

the rolls would be tiny. Not at all suitable for sliders. The image is a standard 2.5 inch dinner roll.
