Q: I want a fine point, not a medim point Can't find. Suggestions?

I looked on the Cross website and they don’t make a fine point for this refill. They only make a medium point. That is why you cant find one. You might be able to find a generic one at your local office supply store, but I’m not sure if they make one. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.

Very faint and stops working

Brand new cartridge to replace the one I ahd that lasted almost 2 years. This brand new one is faint and constantly stops working. I would exchange for a new one but there's no option to.

Why is it almost impossible?

So I buy a couple of really cool Cross Click gel pens… but then I need a refill or two; particularly an 8910-1. And then my troubles begin. Refills suddenly rise in price from a few pounds each to the equivalent of the cost of the pen. And every one that I’m told is good for what I require is sadly a failure. Maybe Cross could put something on their website to explain their delivery problems? Or is that too much to ask?
