Bought one and then another and another..
These things are great! The best is this 1000 model that is rechargeable and power bank. Over time we have bought at least one for every loved one. Long lasting very very bright, useable not glaring light. You can control brightness by collapsing it in. Worth every dime.Just buy one you’ll be hooked.

Battery doesn't last
I bought this light for a recent 7 day canoe trip to the Boundary Waters. When I tested it while camping in early September, it worked just fine so I was looking forward to having it for campsites to make dinner, eat, play cards, etc. Unfotunately, I discovered that the battery doesn't last long, even on the lowest power setting. And it even seems to discharge itself after charging. I would get at most 3 hours of light before it just shuts off. When I tried to use it a few days after it had a full charge, I got about an hour of light. Really, really wanted to like it but.....no good for the backwoods. And my return window has closed so I guess I'm stuck with it. Probably OK for campgrounds.

Love this powerful lantern. Crazy powerful, infrared function is awesome too.

Works great.
All of the features are as advertised. Definitely bright enough, dimmable, and has red light options. I like the kickstand in the back, but I think they could have added something better to hang it. We haven't had the opportunity to test battery life, but it took a bit to charge. It is on the fragile side for an outdoors product, but as long as you're gentle with it you will have no issues.
