Very beautiful, elegant and great quality!

This is an absolutely GORGEOUS chandelier! There was no damage when it arrived. And all the parts were intact. Installing the wiring to your ceiling is the easy part. But it takes quite a bit of time to install all the individual glass pieces to it once you install it on your ceiling. Be careful not to drop any of the glass pieces to prevent breaking them. We managed to install it without any breakage at all. However once you’ve completed the assembly you’ll definitely see that it was worth all the tedious time it took to put it together. This chandelier is AWESOME!

A great addition to my new kitchen. It is real glass very heavy expensive looking - looks better in person Not o early huge and not small - just perfect. Wish I could put them all over my house. The price was great too

The instructions are incomplete as there is only a photo with crystals and metal parts identified. There is no indication of which of the two types of pins provided to use for which crystal pieces. There were not enough pins of either variety to complete the light either combined or separated. There is not an option to order more pins from the seller. They only offer to replace the entire chandelier. This would have worked, but I would NOT have disassembled the light. I would have removed the needed pins and sent the second light back as a return/refund. In order to NOT pass my problem to the next purchaser, I had to order more pins from a different manufacturer. When they arrived, they were ever-so-slightly the wrong size and wrong color. I had to partially disassemble and reassemble the light in order to make it work.The light is beautiful. The assembly is tedious (which I expected). The fact that there were missing parts was VERY frustrating. This manufacturer should absolutely pack enough pins to assemble their product, and/or offer to send the missing parts free of charge.The first photo is the chandelier with half of the teardrop crystals missing due to the missing pins. The second photo is demonstrating the way the crystal hang with mis-matched pins. The third photo shows the difference in the pins that came with the chandelier and the pins I had to order to complete the assembly. The forth photo shows the light completed with the row of teardrop crystals with the new pins that I ordered.As you can see, the light is beautiful. Just be prepared for the potential for missing parts.

I wish there were real instructions. But we got through it! Once you get the hang of it, it goes smooth. Plan on a few hours! We put it together before we installed it. We are thrilled with it. Very good quality.
