doesn't work don't waste your money makes you dizzy and feel light headed. I stuck to it for 2 weeks and saw no results.

I was skeptical b/c of some of the bad reviews, however this is working for me. I have been using it for 2 weeks and I have lost 6.5lbs. I take 2 in the morning, 2 around noon, and 2 before I go home from work. I am going to taper off and start doing just 2 in morning and 2 before I go home from work. It definitely helps suppress my appetite when I get home from work.It does not make me feel jittery at all b/c it doesn't have caffeine. This is not something I would do long term, but if you are looking for something to jumpstart your weight loss, this may work for you.

I took these and they did not work at all. I was kind of disappointed. I will not be purchasing again.

I cannot really say whether these actually have helped me to lose any weight or if it has been my change in diet and the addition of exercise to my daily routine. However, I can say that these capsules don't make you feel that caffeine high/rush that other "diet" pills do, and that to me is a great thing. Since I have taken these over the last few months, I have never once had any issues with these, and have lost several pounds during that time. With this in mind, as I stated before though - I also started eating healthier and exercising 4-5 times per week as well. I probably won't order these again as I feel that I can continue to lose the weight without them, but they may indeed work for some people to help give that extra little push in the right direction toward losing those excess pounds.

I took these to try to control my appetite without the caffeine. Previously to this I have taken OxyELite pro which, anyone who has ever taken that know you can't even think about eating while on that. I found that on this my appetite was significantly quieted but did not disappear. So if you switched from something strong like Oxyelite or Hydroxycut you may not feel like this worked because it was not as apparent. Personal responsibility is still very much a factor with these pills.When I first started taking these I was reading reviews about people gaining weight and thinking " how could that be" then I realized I had been backed up since I started taking these. I was not drinking enough water. Once I started drinking ALOT and I mean ALOOOOTTT of water I started to feel better and I noticed my appetite suppressed further.If youre going to take this DRINK WATER.If you are expecting Oxyelite pro results youre going to be disappointed...you just are but if you need something to take the edge off your cravings so you can focus on your goal this will work. I STRESS AGAIN.... WATER!

This product is excellent, it really works, you will notice the results in no time!!! Totally recommended, i was hesitant at first with this caffeine free version, but i can say its as efficient as the caffeine one.

This product made it hard to stay hydrated. My muscles were becoming tight and it was affecting regularity of the intestines no matter how much water I was drinking.
