I have one of these, One of the Claws is broken, are extra Claws available for purchase?

I doubt it. For the price, a part will likely cost as much (or more!) than replacing the entire implement. Not to mention shipping.

Will it pick pick up coins from the floor?

YES ... I just now did it!. Tested it. 4 out of 4 successes with quarters. It also was just as easy to pick up a penny and a nickel on first try. And I was at a very low angle (45 degrees or so). It struggled a bit with a dime. Took me 4 attempts and had to get nearly vertical.

do the tips have rubber grips?

"Non-slip rubber tabs over composite jaws latch ontoitems more securely" The **TIPS** do not have rubber grips, but are made of a plastic with slightly roughened surface. I can pick up dropped washers on my garage floor and coins ( a little difficult with a dime) that are laying flat on a smooth surface. There **ARE RUBBER(ish?) ** slip on pieces of tubing - about an inch long that apparently were slid over each jaw to make the center part grip better. Keeps cans, glasses - heavier items from just sliding out on slick plastic. I can pick up spray paint cans with it. I use it all the time to pick up dropped wrenches, screwdrivers, flashlights - things that fall and bounce behind my workbenchs/cabinets that are hard to reach.

How much weight will grabber pick up? How wide an object will grabber pick up?

The weight depends on the shape of the item, I've picked up a 1 pound box. The opening is 3.5 inches wide. It is a very convenient tool.
