Super quiet and efficient!
This humidifier puts out a constant stream of “cold steam” for about 12 hours straight! You cant even hear it running - only the occasional very soft gurgling water sound that I cant imagine would bother even the lightest sleepers like me. I have a very large master bedroom though, and given the relatively dry climate where I live, I wish it put out a little bit more humidity. It works great and its gets my room there eventually, I just have to start it a little before bedtime to make sure the humidity is where I want it when I go to bed. For what I paid, there is no better bargain. Btw I use only reverse osmosis water from a system I installed last year and the thing just runs like clockwork. I havent even had to clean it in the two months I have owned it, working all night every night and sometimes all day too! My old humidifiers, running on tap water, had to be cleaned every other day or every 3rd day at least. Highly recommended and looks cool too!

Well made, very functional humidifier
I've owned many humidifiers over the years, from the boiling water-to-make-steam types of the 1960's - 1970's to the first ultrasonic models that came later. This unit employs an ultrasonic transducer to vaporize the water without using heat. It features a digital hygrometer which is refreshingly accurate, as well as controls for mist intensity, power-off timer and humidistat. Purely cosmetic, you can even activate a blue night light which illuminates the water reservoir. The unit is also very quiet in operation, so it shouldn't disturb your sleep. It quickly raises the humidity levels in a room, especially if you keep the room closed off. The humidistat maintains the level of relative humidity (RH%) that you set so you won't wake up dripping wet in the morning.

Very quiet!
We ( I ) have bought 2 of these humidifiers. The first one was bought in Jan 2022 and is used in our Family Room (~20x20). Our lower zone has a whole house, furnace attached humidifier, but the FR opens to the outside deck and garage areas; and has a vented fireplace. The FR also has a fair number of electronics. We use this to supplement the whole-house humidifier as it never seemed to provide enough humidity for both the basement-level and main-level for the amount of time we spend in the room. This humidifier fit the bill in additional output and its quietness. The second one was bought in Dec 2022 and we use it in our Master Bedroom (again ~20x20 as it nearly mirrors the FR below). I bought this one to replace a more traditional blower/pad humidifier - it was doing the job just fine - but I really liked the quietness of this humidifier and I don't have to deal with replacing the pads monthly. I am a light sleeper, so the quietness is a big factor.I do not find them hard to clean and I use a light solution of vinegar and I take a toothbrush to "scrub" the corners and then wipe/rinse when done. I like the timer-off feature and will usually set to go off on the cycle when the furnace goes lower at night ( we like our rooms cave-cold for sleeping ). I don't really use the night light as a night light, but turn it on more as a reminder that the unit is on. I have tried the auto shutoff when the water runs dry and that works like a champ. Not really sure what the sleep setting is for - the thin manual indicates it puts out less mist. A lot of reviews I read complain about its small tank; I will join that chorus, but I don't really find it as annoying as most. One interesting tidbit between the two... The tank sizes were identical; however, the Jan 2022 unit had a smaller refill hole and the cap contained a cage that you could put in what I would guess are water softener pellets while the Dec 2022 unit just had a wider opening to fill. NOTE: we just use regular tap water in the tanks. Both humidifier units had a filter that looks "cleanable / rinsable" located under the unit; presumably used to trap dust.Lastly, there does not seem to be any good guidance provided as to ideal or not-ideal locations to place these. I think that higher up is probably better, but our two are placed on low-ish tables. I have them near the heating vent air flow so as to help disperse throughout the room. We do not place the humidifiers on or near any of our good furniture as we ( I ) was scared off by other reviews that indicated it left moisture and condensation - the mist volume IS high even on the lower fan settings. I can't 100% vouch for the humidity accuracy, but our weather station monitor shows the rooms at 40% and our cat does not seem to get shocked when pet. I have recently switched from setting the humidistat ( which does cut off when it reaches the threshold ) to just running full out. The humidistat setting are in 5% increments. If I set, it was one of 35/40/45, depending on the outdoor humidity.I do wish that they had a timer-ON feature which would allow one to have it come on in "X-hours". We formerly had a blower/pad type humidifier with this feature and I like that the Off / On could be used in conjunction to set to come on and then once it is on, set to go off. There were no extra buttons; the power and +/- together just served a dual purpose.All-in-all, I really like these humidifiers and have been very satisfied with the purchase. We bought the white-color model for both rooms.

So great!
Bought this when winter started and boy oh has it made a difference. I start it at night, I love that I can choose the ‘strength’, love the option of a nightlight and timer, love that it shuts off when it runs out of water. I let it dry during the day (hope that prevents mildew/ mold) and clean it with soap periodically. Very reliable, very easy, makes a little gurgling noise which I have grown to love. An overall win! At the price point, a huge success!! Would recommend to anyone who needs some moisture in the air.

Wonderful humidifier
I have bought many humidifiers from cheap to expensive. I like this one reasonably priced one best. Go figure. It is small, has an incredibly friendly humidistat that has three settings, a great invisible nightlight, a direction nozzle, easy to fill tank, and is very quiet. It needs to be filled about once a day. The only downside is the cleaning. I use aqua sticks in the tank to make it easier. I also use CLR and old toothbrushes in the base once a week. Just a short time soaking and then gentle scrubbing. It is worth it.

Worst customer service on the planet.
Do not buy anything from them. I’m issuing a fraud alert, officially for my credit cards so that they can handle it. I have heard multiple people, including my unit, stopped working after a couple weeks. This is not user error. They give you Several runaround response of troubleshooting which I understand at first, because often it is user error, but when none of that works, then they insist on a video of what is happening, OK fine, Did that. A Time-lapse one that proved that it shuts off for no reason. Then they give you the runaround Again, saying you have to try the troubleshooting Options that they gave you. This was used for two weeks and quit working and I still I’m dealing with them And now it’s almost May. Their goal is to wear you down so you quit and now I’m mad so I’m not quitting. Amazon can’t help, so it is all for the manufacturer , so good luck.
