It has a very cheap feel to it...
This item should be selling for $50 at the highest. Very cheap materials and I can't believe I spent over $300 on it.

Firm, usable bed and futon.
Mattress is reported as firm by my first guest to use. Arm ratchets are a little difficult to use. But in all a good purchase.
