You can make miniature rosebuds for a wedding or any formal occasion. These mints, rose-shaped fondant, are the crowning touch for any party. For some interesting combinations, the cast fondant mints should be touched in the center with a touch of icing or a silver dragee. You can alsomake a two-layered confection with a clear jelly candy and the balance of fondant mind. These can also be dipped in chocolate coating (be sure to thin th coating) or you could half-dip these witht he dipping tongs. Each rose mint should be individual cupped so they do not become sticky in humid weather.
