Excellent pants and work great but make sure the dildo's flange is large enough, we have a small toy and the 'lip' is too small for the hole.

Too tight, also material scratches the skin when wearing it so there is HEAVY chaffing and it is uncomfortable and hurts. Not stretchable and is not true to size.
