The Last Message Received Hardcover – January 10, 2017

I'll turn seventy on my next birthday, and I keep a copy of this book on my desk. I've given copies to friends, along with a note explaining that the messages inside are the reason I always sign off a letter, phone call, or email with "Love you." This is a remarkable compilation of both sad and uplifting last messages that really make you think. Sometimes, if the last thing you said was something terrible and your relationship with that person was an unforgivable mess of love and hate, you might not regret those final words, but in most cases you'll think, pause, and maybe even pick up your phone and tell somebody how much they mean to you.I realize this book was done by young people, probably for young people. But everybody should read it. And then add X and O to the ends of communications.

This book will bring tears to your eyes. It opens up what you say to people Because it could be the last time that you ever speak to them. Life is too short, I lost my dad almost 12 years ago and he was only 44, what I wouldn’t give to have one last message to say to him.

Very touching. It reminds you that life in not permanent and keep your loved ones close.

For anyone familiar with the Post Secret books, which were started several years ago, this reminded me a bit of those. This is a short book , but with a serious message. It has last communications between people online, due to many reasons. Some were arguments, breakups, and worst of all, death. Not a whole lot more to say about this. It’s short and the pictures on each page just add to make the book a bit thicker.

amazing! made me tear up, especially when certain ones hit a soft spot - this book will definitely make you appreciate the people in your life and you’ll want to go shower them with love after reading itdefinitely creates a sense of anxiety that you may lose someone like the people in the book did, but also relief you’ve still got them

Ein wundervolles, bewegendes Buch! Es ist sehr emotional und bringt einen auf fast jeder Seite zum überlegen. Es animiert dazu, eventuell doch noch einmal zu überlegen bevor man eine Nachricht versendet... Oder dass man geliebten Menschen lieber einmal “zu oft” sagt wie viel sie einem bedeuten. Außerdem sind die visuellen Aspekte in diesem Buch fantastisch und passend!
