Excellent and easy to use

Used 4-5 times so far, definitely feel the effect, I’m 60, fit but not upper body strong. Now hurts in all the right places, started on 6, upto 8 now, doing 20 reps. Definitely feel it’s working. Good construction, well built. I did check all the nuts and bolts before using, they were fine. Got two clamps with it, tied together so as not to lose them. Size good, grips good for big hands. Highly recommended for exercising in small places. Easily stored.

Arrived early, well packaged, and the build quality seems excellent. It looks stylish and impressive. Ive only had a few test workouts so far but my arms and chest had a burn straight away. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone at anytime in their fitness journey. Seriously impressed.

This product is high quality to use and adapt to your fitness level from the very start.Easily adjustable to whatever level you wish to start from and increase as you benefit from it further with use and confidence.A safe piece of equipment which will not injure you if following the simple instructions in a sensible and considered manner.Reduced risk of injury due to the high quality and though out manner of construction.Which has caused me anxiety in the past, with the more simple ones springing back in my face and chest and other places.This is simple well thought out to build up the tension in a very simple manner.Completely controlled by you at all times when using it from the lowest tension to the highest for the more dedicated athlete.Or if using for rehab following a stroke or injury it will help build up resistance in a safe way at your time and speed or pace. To be able to see results for your improvement in your quality of life is evident over a period of time.This product will help improve your overall level of health and fitness I’d a body builder. an athlete or myself with a need for rehab or a person in a wheelchair too to maintain health in the upper body.

Only had this a day but seems easy to use with the dial to change resistance. Good range if resistance. Even the easiest level give you a workout but maybe that's just that I am out of shape.But disappointed with how the item was packaged for delivery.... literally just turned up on the product box would expect it to be package in another box with bibnle rap or paper rap. The box was a bit misshapen but the product inside didnt have any signs if damage.Seems like a decent range of movement on the item but maybe some suggested exercises in a pamphlet form would have been good.I am currently really pleased with this purchase and would recommend to others but like like I say only had a day or so.I have marked it 5 stars and the product itself seems well made and I think it will really help my phys.

Works fine . Does the job well

I used my friends one over the weekend and none of us could do level 20, could barely get it moving.With the one I received today I can do 20 as if it was about 15.I can hear the liquid squelching inside the chamber so I assume it's not as powerful because it's not full.The power adjuster is pretty difficult to move on mine as well.Regardless of the problems I'm still fairly happy with it, at least I can't over exert myself too much with it.As a product idea and design I think it's excellent for working muscles and challenging yourself.
