No more sore neck or muscle aches after work outs (takes time to get used to)
I got this as I have been feeling more neck sores from working from home a lot more. I have been wanting something that does a good neck massage as well as the option of other part of the body. This one does take up a good amount of space so be aware of that before purchase. This particular unit is really nice all around device to have for massaging. One thing I will say is that it does take time to get used to as it uses electrical pulses. It can be a bit intense for some so start at a lower level and make your way up as needed. Also when laying on it, it does take time to get used to the uncomfortable feeling. I would recommend that you adjust the height to comfort. It has three different high settings. It is durable and can support the weight of our neck and head. It is not a pillow so it is a bit of a harder surface so be awrae of that. For the neck part, the device does not rub against my skin or cause any irritation to my neck. The heating part is nice to relax the muscles. It took the crink out of my neck for sure. The next thing is that this device is not really heavy so you can easily store this. It is not a cordless massager so you will need to find a plug and be stuck in one location. The wire does have a good amount of length. It has several different options to set for your comfort. The nice thing about this is that I am able to use it on other parts of my body. After a long jog and work out, I can attach the patches and massage it out. It makes me less sore after work outs. The one down side is that I am worry about the patches not being able to adhere as well in the future and not sure where the replacements are. The wires plug into the side of the device and for the most have a good amount of length. The wires are a bit thin which makes me worried about if it gets caught but it does the job. It does have a timer so you do not have to worry about over using the device. Again it provides heat to your muscles to help relieve the tension follow by pulses to help relax your muscles. For me, my neck fit around the piece pretty well and was able to work on my neck easily. The only thing I had to adjust was the height. Adjusting the height is pretty simple and the mechanics inside locks well so you do not have to worry about it collapsing and you hitting your head. It is not the most compact thing but you could take it on the go with you if you need it on trips. This is a great thing to use right after a long day at work. It helps me with my neck strain from sitting at a desk too long. You can take a break and use it while working from home which is nice. It is not too intense of a setting that would cause any discomfort however use your best judgement. Overall this is a great massager to have if you are okay with electrical pulses rather than vibrations. It takes time to get used to so again use it at low intensity and work your way up to your comfort. It really does a good job with reducing muscle pains. I actually use this for about an hour and feel less pain in the morning. It is easy to adjust and very powerful. Only thing I have a concern about is when the pads need to be replaced in the future.

I wish I’d discovered this sooner! Worth it!
I discovered this when I started acupuncture. My therapist(s) there use it during part of my session. Even the sounds it makes somehow help soothe me.The remote makes it effortless to setup/start, and since it’s attached you can’t lose it. Major plus. The heat and electricity options (like a TENS unit IYNYK) are great. That heated pulse lightly rolling at the base of your neck is a great feeling. It comes with some detachable pads as well with a diagram on where to place them for shock-therapy. Some use them, some don’t. I was able to use this while I let the pads do their magic on my wife’s sore forearm after using spray cans for 2 hours (she shouldn’t listened to a close relative of hers that suggested an easier way…..but I digress).I do this at least twice a day. I think the automatic setting is 15 minutes, so think Power Nap type thing. I put a weighted sleep mask on, have the Alexa play spa music(or use earphones/buds), and stretch out on my bed or floor until my timer goes off. It doesn’t take up much room. I slip mine next to the side of my bed. It’s better to use laying down flat, but can be used at the top of a wedge pillow or couch. This device is quiet, not loud at all. You hear a little noise during operation but quickly become numb to it or entranced (did I spell that right? Words are hard). The only thing I would suggest is about 8-10 more inches on the power cable. Other than that. Get it. Use it. Love it. You’ll be able to look back on the purchase with a smile. Because it was worth it……and your neck works better! Hazaa!I’ll be getting one of these for my pregnant daughter!

NOT A CERVICAL TRACTION DEVICE
This is not a cervical traction device as it claims to be. If you are actually suffering a severe neck injury and need a cervical traction device DO NOT BUY THIS. I purchased this from my doctors recommendation on buying a cervical traction device to use for at home physical therapy when I'm not being seen in office by my Physical Therapist. After using this it caused me extreme pain because it simply tries to "push" the neck up. It is a poorly made item and will worsen your condition if you are suffering from a severe neck injury. Please don't make the mistake I did and verify with your doctor or physical therapist on a LEGITAMENT device. Not something that just claims to be.

Feels great on the neck but you need a sturdy surface to stay flat on
I do like the product quite a bit but it’s difficult to lie still or flat on a hard surface because the base needs to be on a flat platform I feel to work best. So the thing I found that works best for me and my back has been using a massage table or a yoga mat which you can lay on and then cover up with a blanket so you don’t get cold while you’re laying there and you can relax. But I also realize that the remote shouldn’t be held in your hand because the remote is a little bit noisy if it’s held in your hand so I would suggest keeping it away from your hand.
