Great product! This tastes like the old school lemon-lime Gatorade from the 80s/90s. Not ocean water. I’ll be drinking this outside of my fast as well. Dissolves easily in cold water. I write very few product reviews, but this one certainly deserved a review based on taste alone! Highly recommend.

The flavor doesn’t suck! It helps to curb appetite and gives you what you need to power through a fast. Good stuff.

Waterfast works! I take two doses on my fasting days. Not only does it provide electrolytes but it also removes my appetite so that I don't cheat (snack). Don't take during your regular feeding days as this will add too much salt to your diet. I have a supply both at home and at work. Highly recommended.

This product came right on time. I’m about to start my fast in 14 days and it tastes great.

Unfortunately, the taste wasn’t very good. I would actually rather drink water.

I've recently started water fasting for autophagy benefits, but before starting I couldn't believe how hard it was to find water-fast focused electrolytes. There is another brand on here that seems to offer far fewer servings and slightly wonky electrolytes - too high a % on some, and woefully inadequate on others.This was the first I've seen that has each in roughly equal amounts and will give you exactly the right amount over a day.I was hesitant at first about the price, but after hunting around on the internet (and deciding making my own was even more expensive and complicated) I went for it. No regrets at all - I really liked the taste and can live with the slightly grainy ending.I originally thought 32oz was too much water so drank a scoop in around 250ml - first and last time that will happen! It had a sudden, um, impact on my digestive system! So please learn from my mistakes and follow the instructions.I plan on extending my fasts a bit each week (Next week I will attempt 65 hours from this week's 48, on to 72 the following week and more beyond.) This product helps so much with staving off any light-headed feeling and keeping the hunger pangs more manageable. I do still wish it was cheaper, but oh well - saving money from not eating, I suppose!

I found it works great, but even with a 2 litre bottle it is still very sandy and won’t mix well.

Has dyes in it and stevia sweetener, too sweet for my taste. Says no sugar on the front, yet it still has sweetener. My fast was supposed to be 4 days sugar free— kind of disappointed that it had the sweetener and color dyes in the product otherwise it quenched the hunger well
