I use this instead of the metal trivet in my Instant Pot because it feels more secure when I have to lift food out of the pot after pressure cooking. It cleans up very well in the dishwasher.

No burns of my fingers. The metal one the holes are too big for some items, plus hot. I can also use it for a pan on the stove too.
