HandmadeEarth Jasper Bracelet - Bellabeat Leaf and Ivy

I love the Jasper Bracelet. This is my second one, the first one i broke. I love this one so much, I ordered two!

It is pretty and I really liked. But it didn’t last long before breaking.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This company has terrible business practices when it comes to returns and the bracelet quality and size is terrible. I purchased my wife a bella beats a few months ago and upon the delivery of the bracelet she didn't like that wrist band that came with the device. At that point I decided to look for alternative bracelet that could be worn with this product. I came across this seller's site on Amazon I liked the images of their bracelet with the bella beat. Some of the things I liked about their bracelets were the size of the beeds used in comparison to the size of the bella beat. The beeds looked to be a complementary size when you compare it to the size of the bella beat. The site doesn't tell you the size of the beeds so you would have to assume that the image is at least some what accurate when it comes to determiningthe size of beeds that will come on the bracelet. I compared the beeds to the bella beat device If they didn't have the bella beat device in the image then I wouldn't have anything to compare it to so I would have no size scale to go off of and could not expect a certain size beed but since they do have an image of the device in the image I used that as my size scale considering I know the size the device. Now thinking that I liked the size and styling of the bracelet on the image I decided to purchase it. Immediately upon removing the bracelet out of the package I could tell that the beeds were significantly smaller than the ones portrayed in the image the beeds are the size of a stud on a really small earring. The beeds size would more appropriately fit a small child or a babies wrist and are way to small for an adult. More importantly clearly not the size used in the image they are using to sale there product. As soon as I saw the size of the beeds on the bracelet I went back on Amazon to compare the image used to purchase the item to what I recieved and it was clear that this was false advertisement. I then attempted to return the product but this company has it to were you can't return an item without there approval. So I went through there process of returning the item and about a day later they denied my return request stating that the size of beeds on the bracelet in the image may appear distorted due to lightning. This company is a rip off please save your money, please do not do business with these shade characters. If I can I will post real life size comparison images so you can see the true size of what you are purchasing.
