Q: Do you guys ship them as in ready to use ? or will I have to do all the initial setting?

The guitars are checked and if needed a setup is done, so when you get the guitar, it will be ready to go out of the box, with the only thing you may have to do is tune it.

Q: Does this guitar come with a hard gig bag or soft gig bag?

The GS Mini comes with a Taylor gig bag. It's a soft, padded bag but a really sturdy one.

Q: What kind of polish should I use for the body?

Lemon oil is not typically used on the body of guitars. Save the lemon oil for the fretboard. Any type of commercial polish will work (like the Dunlop mentioned) and one small bottle will last years.

Q: Do the taylor gs mini or martin jr have better resell value, sorry serious question.. i am just not sure if i can commit to play (again) but will try!

I do not know about resale value of Taylor vs. Martin guitars. I own an Taylor mini and love it.
