Games Workshop - Age of Sigmar: Stormcast Eternals: Krondys Son of Dracothian

Left image is my original base, right is a base from a GW licensed store who opened a new one and sold/traded me for mine.These bases are very disappointing. very big but very thin so they warp before even getting to you.I am a bit mad that this is ok on a $120+ model.Model is amazing and great, just disappointing Quality control on the rest of it.5 stars if this get fixed otherwise i have to knock one for now.

Regardless of needing to fill a few cracks and unwarping the base, this is an amazing centerpiece model.

So over all it's a nice model & I still like it. Unfortunately I have to mention that though the model was sealed and in fine shape when delivered, there is a piece missing. It is a piece for the secondary optional Scarred One build that I do not intend to use, but considering the expense of the model, I can't recommend buying it. That is too glaring of an error.Before anyone asks - Yes I searched the box to see if it just fell off in the box and No, that is not the case. I have since washed the sprues off to remove any mold release & no other piece is even remotely loose.

Even during the holidays the item was delivered in good time and condition. Very receptive to feedback and communicated well.

Assembly was fine until you get to Krondys' head. There are two little "tufts" that go on either side of his neck behind his ears/horns. Instructions are as useless as any I've seen from GW, and it's got this $130+ model looking like $#%%^ now because of all the glue-and-remove-and-retry I've done. Considering just forgetting Krondys and building Karzai instead, but for all I know his head is just as dumb.

This is my biggest modelling project to date. The instructions are in-depth and well formatted. The quality of the material is just wonderful. But, it's huge. I'm used to painting tiny guys. A fun and challenging model for anyone in the hobby.

At least the internal contents were not damaged but the shelf box was significantly damaged. Too bad if it was for a gift or a collector item.Won’t be buying from this seller ever again.
