Great flour.
Old time favorite. My family have been using this product for over 50 years. We use it to make a family favorite Greek cookie.

Good
Always used swan down cake flour for making angel food cakes, until the stores didn't carry any more. Tried other cake flour but was not the same. You can't beat the texture of swan down cake flour cakes. I just love it.
