The mat is light and flimsy.Unless you are able to perform a full swing that only barely scores the mat it flies away at impact. The instructions with the product state it needs to be secured but this means it is less mobile in terms of where it cans be used.I won’t be using it and won’t recommend anyone to buy it.

Just starting to get the wife to learn how to play golf and this will help a little instead of paying for a pro or lessons as she learns.Once she has got the hang on the mat, then we can consider paying for the club pro to try and keep costs down.Its not perfect and you do need to understand a fair bit to explain what is wrong with each swing but as long as you have a basic grasp, this is a good starting point for many.

This item just doesn’t do what it’s advertised. It’s too light and flimsy flies off when you try and hit a ball off it.

This was a gift for my husband. It was returned because we found it to little for him. Otherwise great item for someone smaller.

Tycker att tejpen med kardborreband lossnar för lätt under mattan och avtrycket efter klubban blir för svagt. Troligtvis är stråna på mattan för korta. Hade en matta tidigare som var bättre i dessa avseenden.

Die Trainingsmatte ist aus meiner Sicht ein sehr sinnvolles Trainings-Tool. Es kommt allerdings auch darauf an wie man sie benutzt und natürlich ist das "wo" ebenfalls relevant.Ich habe sie zunächst im Hausflur eingesetzt und da geht es mir hauptsächlich um die Simulation eines Schwungs, das bedeutet ich versuche keinen Rekord für Clubheadspeed mit voller Power durchzuführen. Wenn man das beherzigt macht die Matte "Indoor" absolut Sinn und hält auch.Wenn ich mir die korrekte Schwungbahn durch möglichst viele Wiederholungen einpräge und zum Beispiel nicht von aussen nach innen schwinge, wird das meiner Erfahrung nach auch beim durchführen eines Schwungs auf dem Course mit maximal Power Einfluss auf meine Technik haben.Gleiches gilt für mich für das Thema "Matte auf der Range auf dem Boden fixieren und Vollgas geben", für mich versteht es sich von selbst, dass ich diese Matte nutzen will mich zu verbessern.Mir geht es auch auf der Range hauptsächlich um Simulation der korrekten Schwungbewegung und einprägen derselben, das schließt bei mir mit ein zwischendurch einen "richtigen" Schwung mit Kraft durchzuführen, auch das hält die Matte aus. Im Zweifel muss sie übrigens nach 1000 Schwüngen nicht aussehen wie nach 10.Für meine Trainingsziele ist die Matte perfekt und daher vergebe ich 5 Sterne!
