I have always used this descaler for my De’Longhi coffee machine and it works well for me. It is simple to use with the machine’s normal descaling process, and the ease of removal is good because I just follow the instructions from the coffee machine. This 2 x 500 ml pack is great value for money compared with buying smaller bottles. The bottle size is practical, and it should last for several descaling cycles depending on your machine. I have had no compatibility issues with my De’Longhi machine. In terms of speed, it is not really about the liquid itself, because the descaling process takes as long as the machine needs, but it does the job properly. I cannot really comment much on durability because it is a consumable product, but the bottles are fine for storing until needed. I also had no leakage issues with the pack I received. Overall, it is a good original descaler, good value, and I recommend it.
