Reliable soap dispenser and service
The media could not be loaded. I didn't know this soap dispenser was indispensable to my daily life until it stopped working 🙃Then I did the error of charging it with my phone's 25 watts charger and then it looked like it gave up on life. I let the negative reviews discourage me and was about to throw it and write a bad review myself, until I thought I could reach to the seller to get help. They replied to me in less than 12 hours and asked if I used the right adapter/cable. Then when I looked for the one that came with the product, it charged it and started working back.I am using this in my kitchen island sink. So we use it both for cleaning our hands and a quick dish wash. I am just using a biodegradable liquid soap gentle on the skin as well. You can buy Amazon's bulk soap and add to it an essential oil/fragrance of your preference. It looks modern and the black color matchs the faucet and counter. I'd love another one in the guests restrooms. So like my comment so the seller sends me a courtesy one 😀

It was great while it worked. Don’t waste your money.
Do not buy. Worked great and the rechargeable battery lasted longer than I thought it would before having to recharge it. The first time I needed to recharge it was 5 months after I bought it but it didn’t charge. It no longer works and of course I can’t return it or contact the company. If I paid $10-$15 for it then I could understand but $30 and it only worked for 5 months, such a waste of money. It was great while it worked.

Works well on Softsoap at a 1:3 dilution...
I like how this outer shell is waterproof with the USB port tucked behind a cover that prevents any corrosion from water splashes and drips. Although the USB-C port is not a proper C port (i.e. it can only be charged using a USB-A -> USB-C cable, not a C-C cable), the unit doesn't have to be charged that often for that to be a concern.Unlike other dispensers that have a separate rubber gasket that you have to take out before refilling, this one is simply twist and refill. The instructions say you have to use the measuring cup for measuring the amount of soap to use, but I believe the formulation is way too weak if you are diluting commercial hand soaps (rather than something like dishwashing liquid). For Softsoap, I find diluting it at a 1:3 strength (soap:water) gives the best foaming results without it being too watery coming out of the foamer. You can see the results I am getting when the setting is turned on high.

Updated Review
Update: We purchased this dispenser in May 2022. It worked flawlessly for a while, but stopped working after the 6 months. We try to charge it and the LED lights indicated it was charging, buy wouldn't turn on after. I tried charging it a few more times. I finally let it charged and afterwards, I pressed and held down the power button for 5 to 10 seconds. It works again so we will putchase another for our downstairs kitchen!

Works Great - Love It!
My neighbor had a similar soap dispenser, which I loved, but I wanted one that produces foam instead of liquid soap. It works great, although the foam soap could be slightly more concentrated. I may try and experiment with it. The charging lasts long time, which is great. It does sometimes dispense a little excess, but it's easy to maintain and the liquid lasts a long time. I've had it for a month, use it daily and still have original charge and plenty of liquid for another month or more. Very happy with it. It looks so much better than a regular dish soap bottle on the counter.

It’s just ok. Lost its mind week 7. Returning
The media could not be loaded. I had simple humans soap pumps for years and they worked brilliantly, and it was a workhorse in my kitchen. But I loved my friends foam soap pump so I tried this one because of decent reviews. When it works it’s great, but it is cantankerous. Every few days it decides not to pump soap out. Usually after a couple tries hovering my hand under it it gets there, but now, six weeks after purchasing it, but only 4 weeks of use, it’s really starting to act up. Of course I’m out of the return window, eye role. The other main problem is to pull it apart and add soap, you need serious brute force. I have to use a rubber jar lid opener and pull with all my might just to open the thing. Not good.Update..week 7 and the last couple weeks it’s gone from funky weekly to daily. Not working. Or spewing out 2-5 pumps of foam when I’m not near it. Or when I turn on/off the lights (I’d upload more videos showing that but only 1 video per post). Amazon was good enough to give a partial refund upon returning it but I’m still out a soap dispenser and return shipping.Guess I’ll go back to $60 but excellent working Simple Human brand.Every other aspect of this is great. It looks good, it works good when it does work, which is most of the time, soap comes out nice and fast, and I like if you pull your hand away early because you don’t need so much, it will stop. But there’s a fair amount of foam drippage in general, so if you want a clean counter, this is not for you. Mine hovers over my sink so I don’t mind.

Reponsive Seller
I am giving 5 starts that eventhough the item suddenly stopped despensing soap after two months even if it was fully charged, the seller responded right away on my warranty question. Asked me couple of questions and responded to replace the item. Will be waiting for the replacement item to arrive. Also the item really worked great until allof a sudden it stopped despensing. I guess not all are perfect but at lease the seller is willing to replace it. Which is awesome!

50% Chance It Breaks
Bought two of these soap dispensers and they worked great for a couple of months. However, one randomly stopped working. I thought it just needed to be charged and I charged it for a whole day but it was still dead. I would turn it on and it would only stay on for a couple seconds and became completely unusable. I’ve had to get a replacement soap dispenser. The other one works completely well and we continue to use it. So you have a 50% chance of getting a dud or a good one.

Stopped working within 6 months.
I did love it, but not worth the money for 6 months use. The unit stopped charging and is now useless.

Stopped working
Very very disappointed. I bought it because I didn’t want to replace batteries. Unfortunately after not even couple of months after full charge, lasting only few hours. No option to replace battery. I would like to return it but is to late now :(

Loved it until…
The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to love this product. I love that it’s modern and sleek and you are able to change the amount of soap from little to a lot.Unfortunately within the first week it started to not dispense. I need to put my hand under it 3-4 times to get enough soap out.Opening and readjusting the straw seems to help for a couple dispenses but then it starts again.Edited review: less than a year later and now it does not work at all. After I charged it, the sensor doesn’t work anymore. For almost $40, this is waayyyy to expensive of a product to be not working after 10 months. Really disappointed and I can’t seem to get a response from the seller for any troubleshooting or warranty.
