Nested Naturals D-Mannose 500mg Caspules with Cranberry Extract, D Mannose Cranberry Pills, Urinary & Bladder Support, 60 Vegan Capsules

As a chronic sufferer of UTIs, I had finally reached the end of my patience. I get them from sex, I get them from soap, I get them from non-cotton underwear, I get them from breathing and being alive. I'm so sick of taking antibiotics which obviously are a necessary evil, but with the fix sometimes comes another problem. I decided that I need to try natural herbal remedies after yet another flare up. I got my RX refill and, after reading hundreds of positive reviews, a bottle of "Nested Naturals D-Mannose Plus Cranberry". The pain and suffering set in on a Wednesday night, I called the doctor on Thursday, had a RX waiting for me by Thursday night which I failed to get in time and got the supplement on Friday. I started the supplement on Friday morning and started feeling some pain/burning relief after my first urination about 3 hours later. The flow was stronger, the pain was less and even the odor of the urine was better. I took a second supplement that same day and decided it was absolutely working. On Saturday I was still feeling a little swelling in abdomen and urination a little hard to start in the morning. I took a supplement and felt great by my next potty break. I took a second supplement again by that time, and decided I didn't even need my RX. I went and picked it up anyway, just in case. It is now Sunday and my UTI feels like it is completely gone. Over the course of 72 hours I have taken 6 supplements (a double dose) and I feel completely better. This is miraculous. I don't plan to take my RX at all. I am going to continue to take 1 daily for the next indefinitely. What a blessing! I hope that this lasts because if it does, it is a true godsend. Like others, I will plan to take regularly and double up the dose after intimacy.

I’m now in my mid 40’s and as lots of things change about your body as you get older some things unfortunately do not change for the better.So unexpectedly over the last couple of years I started experiencing UTI’S...I have not had one since giving birth to my daughter 19 years ago & my Doctor explained it was probably do to the catheter from having a C-Section. Same thing happened when I had C-Section with my son 21 yrs ago. So I was NOT happily surprised when I started getting them recently out of nowhere. I practice good hygiene & have been married to my husband for almost 25 years and I have always practiced using the restroom after being intimate. So I stumbled upon this miracle (my name for it) and no joke within a day or two saw a significant difference in my symptoms. Now for me I chose to take one pill twice a day for the first few days & have been taking one pill every single day since then & that has been about 2 weeks ago & so far NO symptoms and UTI free!! The only thing I changed in my routine & daily life was I started taking these pills & plan to continue to do so & I might cut back how often I take one. I will just see how my body reacts and do what works best for me. So I say why not try it?! I’m very happy that I did!!

I'm a chronic UTI sufferer since childhood. I tried regular D-mannose pills and found they upset my stomach to the point I was unable to take them daily. I decided to try these and haven't had stomach issues at all. I took these religiously each day for one month and did not develop a UTI, which is a miracle. I know a routine of TUMS and cranberry has been effective for me in the past (TUMS reduces the acidity of your urine and makes it hard for e.coli to grow), so I use this regimen:1,000 mg D-mannose + cranberry (2 capsules), once a day2 tables TUMS, twice a day2 extra cranberry pills per dayIt's worked incredibly well to keep UTI's ar bay. However, I went on vacation and forgot my Nested D-Mannose and almost immediately developed a UTI. I'm on antibiotics now, but continue to use the D-Mannose in addition. I won't be forgetting to take these supplements again!

This product arrived this afternoon and I had been suffering from a UTI for almost a week and was almost giving up on my alternative medicine approach and I was starting to except the fact that I may have to take antibiotics to clear it up. I researched dosage and took one 500 mg capsule. Within 15 minutes my irritating painful symptoms started to disappear!It is now bedtime and I feel better than I felt in a week with no symptoms at this moment. I am drinking tons of fluids and will continue with the recommended dosage that I found when I googled dosage for this supplement.I can only hope this is REAL and that I will continue to improve and avoid the antibiotics!

I was skeptical about this and still am concerned about possible interactions with my birth control so I only take this in the morning, at least six hours before I take other medications. I'll just say this, I felt like I was about to get a UTI, popped 2 pills for 2 days and the symptoms disappeared. FYI, I am not prone to UTIs to begin with but I think it does the job. It's more convenient than jugging cranberry juice which upsets my stomach.

Everything as expected, decent delivery time. I use D-Mannose to clear up UTIs (1-2 pills every 3 hours or so with PLENTY of water. Seriously, so much water. Think you've had enough water? More water.) and it works every time! This usually clears up my UTI symptoms in a matter of hours if I start taking it the hot second I feel an infection coming on. Honestly, it might be just drinking so much water that works, but I think the pills help a lot as well. You can also take it as a preventative measure daily.Remember that it's important to see a doctor if your UTI doesn't clear up. From what I've read, D-Mannose only works on UTIs caused by e coli bacteria (most UTIs are), so if your infection is caused by a different bacteria, this will not help. If you have a particularly nasty infection or are unlucky it can spread to your kidneys, which is extremely serious, so don't mess around.

Everytime I feel my bellybutton giving me weird pains or I feel like I'm about to get a UTI like the very start of it I take a single pill and within half an hour the pain is gone completely! It literally takes one pill to clear it. It's happened to me about 5 times now where a UTI was starting it would clear just like that from taking 1 pill. I now do not travel anywhere without these pills. Life saver!

Before this I was having regular UTI pains and would have to go see a doctor to get prescription every couple of months. It was really uncomfortable, annoying, and inconvenient especially now during COVID times. I saw reviews online for this, decided to try it, took the recommended amount that people were telling (2 pills a day). The properties in these vitamins help mitigate it and keep you relatively healthy. Just take 2 pills a day and you will be good.
