More shades of colors that I've never had or seen.
Absolutely won't buy from another source than these. There were colors that I've never had in a collection that I've ordered before, and elsewhere. Doesn't bother me a bit that they are refills, and the casing doesn't surround it like normal pens. Thank you kindly.

Bright colors, adequate marking size, I enjoy using these.I thought that since they were cheaper they’d be of less quality but I was happily mistaken! They can be put up with the most expensive (yes, I’ve tried them) and stand up well in every category.

Full refills acting completely empty!!!
Ok I am not usually one to complain but I recently switched from the 80 pack to 120 pack and I have been having issues ever since!!! I've been buying refills from you guys for over a year now and I've never had an issue. My most recent set were completely misnumbered (gel pens numbers went all the way to 100) and my completely full refills are acting like their dead!

I have bought these several times
The media could not be loaded. Some of the refills are missing the stamp that states what color they are. I have had 4 out of 120 that the ink is hardened. I took the end off and blew the ink out. Just to figure out why I couldn’t get it to work. The ink was in chunks with loose ink between. It’s a great value and good concept. Definitely saves money on buying new pens all of the time
