#1 PALEO Friendly - PRIMAL Protein Bars by MariGold–Sampler Pack (Mix #3: Coconut Rage, Macarooned, ChunkyChoco Pecan (4 each))

Oh YUM! I got my package really, really fast. There was an ice pack, and the bars were still quite cold. So, normal people would wait to try one at a time, one each day, one-half a day, or whatever normal people do. I dug in. Yummy! Since it is a pack of different kinds, I was trying to find a favorite. I couldn't. In fact, my favorite is whatever I am eating at the very moment. I was planning on having problems with the packaging (the film wrapping) but it was substantial, and easy to remove, especially when the bars are chilly. Yes, they are filling! Yes, they are expensive for a sweet bar, but ,.,, oh! so worth it. I will be ordering again, and am thinking of NEVER being without at least one on hand at all times, probably for the rest of my life. I also loved the fact that I got a personalized "Thank You" from whomever made, and packaged them. Thank you right back, and Oh YUM! Did I mention that these are delicious? I am thinking of getting a bar right after I write this, too. PLUS... I cannot have sugary stuff, it makes my heart flutter, these do NOT. Oh, I am loving my life right now.

Without a doubt, these are the best Protein bars that my husband & I have ever had! The flavors are delicious & it's obvious that only quality ingredients are used. The bars are dense & very filling, and contain very little sugar. I ordered a pack of 12 & chose 4 each of 3 flavors. A first glance it may seem that these bars are pricey, but they really are worth every cent! When I opened up my order, I was amazed to see 2 handwritten comments from staff thanking me for my order & hoping that I enjoyed them. We did, and I will be ordering more!

I was hesitant ordering these because they're so expensive for basically a bar. Well I tried the Macarooned flavor and I was blown away by how delicious it is. Best protein bar I've ever tasted and I like the ingredients, very healthy. And I especially love that they contain very little sweetener so carbs are very low. I froze most of them so I won't be tempted too much by having them where I can eat them easily! They have to last a while as I can't afford buying them constantly :)

I tried the combination pack and they are D-licious, low sugar, chewy and filling and PRIMAL. The coconut is real, fresh and unsweetened. I tried all three and love them all; however, the Coconut Rage is my fave. I stored them in the freezer to preserve the freshness as I don't consume them daily (although I could). These bars are FILLING and make an excellent meal replacement. I am also impressed with the consistency of the bar size, the huge flavor with so few beautiful ingredients and and the excellent packaging of the individual bars. Also, they are not oily. The folks at Marigold obviously take a lot of pride in their product, and I am reordering another dozen before it gets too warm as I don't want to be without. Protein Bar Perfection has been achieved. This is an update to my original review. Just received my latest order of 2 more dozen of the Coconut Rage and the Macarooned. Absolutely love these bars and the exceptional care which is taken to pack and ship them. Customer Service is OUTSTANDING and will continue purchasing them.

These things are delicious but extremely expensive! I knew they were expensive when I ordered them but if I realized how small they are I would not have purchased them. I could eat one of these with three or four bites. They looked bigger when I was looking at them on the website. Each one of these are only about the same size as two regular sized saltine crackers!

Confusing instructions on storage and shelf life. Texture of bar is sticky. Sticks to your teeth like taffy.

When I saw the price I hesitated with my initial purchase, but after reading about a dozen of the positive reviews and one negative review I decided to take a chance and purchase this expensive product. I am glad I did. These were delicious. They have to be refrigerated (or frozen if you prefer) but this did not dissuade me at all. It is a clean delicious product that I will order again. If you can afford it, I suggest giving it a try.

Over the years, I have eaten many different brands of protein bars. This is the only bar that I have eaten that satisfies me to the point of not wanting another bar right after I ate the first. Maybe because the other bars taste more like candy than a healthy bar? These bars satisfy my appetite and they are also the only ones I have come across with ingredients that I have no problem with. They contain only healthy ingredients and contain nothing that I can't pronounce. searching fort he perfect bar for me has ended. I am sorry that they have to be refrigerated or frozen, but that is a minor trade-off when I am getting such an excellent product. The bar is a bit on the chewy side, but that is okay too. The taste is fine, not too sweet, which a lot of them are. Yep, this is the bar for me.
