Q: Can you take the two water bottles it comes with a replace them with my own water bottles that can hold much more water?

I don’t think so. There is a strap to hold the small bottle down if your bottle is to big it will bounce and or fall out.

Q: How big is the pouch? I need it to hold my inhaler, phone, tissues, and house key...

No. It cones with only 6 oz bottles but I didn’t realize when I ordered it, I have 10 ounce bottles (from other belt) and they didn’t work either 6 ounce is very small. I actually ordered another belt that would hold 10 0z i’m sure there are some out there but I haven’t seen any yet that holds 16 ounce bottles
