packaged pretty well!
It was packaged with bubble wrap, as noted in other reviews, but unlike other figures, it came in one piece with no detachable parts which explains why it was in bubble wrap. ^_^

My 10 yr old is very much into this and her new bedroom is all about her favorite characters from anime. The statue is very well detailed.
