Yes Victron components are more expensive than comparable components, but they are absolutely worth the price difference. First, they are well built. Second, they just work, and work, and work. Third, they communicate with one another. Fourth, Victron's remote management and monitoring software, including their web based VRM system, are awesome. I would not choose any other brand to handle the solar power capture, charge and consumption processes in my system.

Great MPPT from Victron, I like this unit because it has a pair of MC4 connectors, useful if you have two sets of solar panels in different locations. I use this particular Victron to charge 5x 100AH lithium batteries. I like the app and the ability to connect to it via Bluetooth and monitor the solar performance.
