The North Face Women's Recon Backpack Graphite Grey/Chambray Blue One Size

Bought this for 16 year old daughter for high school. She really likes this backpack due to its design. She had been using and alternating between 3 different Jan sport backpacks since 5th grade. But in high school, she was given a laptop and heavier books and could never fit her lunch sack in her backpack. Her back would hurt daily for grades 9th & 10th, due to the students having to carry around their backpacks all day. I showed my daughter the NF backpack here on amazon, and she choose this color which is very nice. This backpack has very well padded straps which supports her back. It has a laptop sleeve compartment, it holds all of her school books without feeling heavy. She was very pleased when she saw that one of the zip compartments holds all the supplies that she used to carry in a pencil bag. Her Vera Bradley lunch bag fits inside this backpack. Water bottle and umbrella fit perfect on the sides without falling out. This bag can expand or collapse as needed. This is a very well made bag that will last a long time.

LOVE this backpack.. so far it has lasted 3 years of college and has kept my stuff inside fairly dry during down pours.

Very nice backpack!! The padding is awesome for my almost mile walk from my dorm to my classes. Can't beat the price!!

Not the color in the picture. Very disappointed... feeling lately like I can't count on Amazon like I used to. Is this even a real North Face Bag?
