My husband loves this doll kit! Roomy enough but still compact- hangs well & looks just as good as some of the expensive brands out there!

Zipper broke
I bought this for my husband because he’s on the road 5 days a week, it promised durability, for the most part it’s been great, but the zipper has broke. Where is the lifetime warranty promised?

Not the most friendly way of hanging by hook.
Durability looks to be good. Storage options look good. Zippers on side pockets seem backwards when using the hook to hang bag. Items in pockets will fall out as soon as unzipped. Option to partially unzip to keep items in the pocket is not possible.
