I drink this 2 time a day and you dont have to like dirking tea to like it. Chaga is super healthy but you either need to make a tea or tincture.What i do is i have a tea machine, its basically a water heater and has a tube you can shove herbs, Chaga, tea bags or even lemons or other fruit into and that sits in the water like a tea bag as it heats up and i have a temp setting on mine and i set at 185 and i let it slow brew for 2 hours and it will darken right up. I used that as a base for my coffee and hot chocolate, i made ice cubes from it and add them to smoothies. I used it so many ways. But Chaga tea itself with Honey is fine too. But try the hot chocolate version, it makes it a better hot chocolate.From my understanding, Chaga shares a flavor molecule called Guaiacol and Guaiacol has a distinct smoky, spicy, and slightly sweet aroma and flavor. It is present in both chaga, where it contributes to its earthy, woody notes, and in vanilla, where it adds a subtle complexity to the flavor profile. Although the presence and concentration of guaiacol may vary between the two, it is one of the compounds they both share. When Chaga tea is used as a base for the Hot chocolate or coffee it really brings out the flavor without adding more coffee or Chocolate.I like to mix 2 tablespoons of half and half to a double sized coffee cup that is16oz, I used Chaga tea as the base and top with one packet of rich dark chocolate and one packet of rich dark chocolate. It is so good. Without the Chaga i feel it always needs more chocolate!!

Wasn't sure how I was to use it. Finally settled on a stainless wire, tea-infuser basket which I put into my 3 cups of morning coffee and refills. I start with 2-3 pieces, then maybe add another small piece on 1st refill to assure efficacy with last cup.I had been having runny nose with just Vit. C alone, but at night after first morning's coffee+, experienced a change I mistook for a bad omen.By morning, my nose had dried up, and runny nose just occasionally minimal after that.I considered keeping some of the pieces in my mouth, so as to work out the maximum benefit from it, but never been a snuff or tobacco chewer, so pass on it the first time...maybe later, who knows...lolOverall, it makes an easy add-on to my coffee routine, and seems to have good, noticeable benefit right away.
