How does it compare to "Orange TKO"?? Are they basically the same stuff?

No , its not strong, it's just right. Other than cleaning kitchens and baths, shining hard wood floors and furniture, making living quarters smell great, uplifting mood, and keeping insects out of your way, there isn;t much use for it. As you noticed, this is the most volume for the least amount of money, hey, its a good purchase, only if you use it.

can i use it for getting wax buildup off furniture?

Someone stated that "this is not D-Limonene," but, I have been reading the SDS document on the oil, and it does say it is >95% D-Limonene. I can't answer the question about wax build up, but you can at least know that the product does have that ingredient. For full info, the SDS states the ingredients are: D-Limonene >95%, Terpene Hydrocarbons <3%, Oxygenated Terpenes <2%.
