What do you recommend filling Orc cookies with?

Not sure what 'orc cookies' are, but the traditional Russian oreshki cookies are usually filled with a mix of dulce de leche and walnuts.

I don’t know. My range is a glass top electric and it worked beautifully. I’m wish I knew if it would work for you
