I tightened as hard as I could but the nut eventually stopped and it wasn't as far on as it should be. I tested it out anyway and it does work, but the gap is noticeable and the outer gasket doesn't make contact with anything.

Because it was a knockoff of the original brands, I was skeletal from the start but the price point compared to the other models green lighted the purchase as being worth a try if for no other reason than easy on the water line clearing.The Eliminator looks to be well machined and balanced and its weight makes me believe it helps the prop spin truer and seems to help the prop power thru the weeds.Without purchasing a new prop to eliminate any other possible vibration causes I found that the Eliminator did lessen vibration and run quieter than before. My main reason for purchase was to make it easier to clear line while on the water an it certainly served that purpose.
