I bought this a second time because it works so well. I have 2 businesses I use these for. It prints clear and user friendly. It comes with extra labels and ink. It’s nothing fancy which I like. I would recommend for no fuss pricing.

The price gun came already loaded, which was great! I feel like I had a bit of a learning curve though because the instructions weren't very clear that were provided. It took us a good 20 minutes to put another roll in when we needed to change it and honestly I'm not sure I could do it on my own after doing it that time even! At least we have quite a few rolls because you will go through more than you need to when changing them to make sure you get it right. It works like it's supposed to, not high quality, but overall it works like needed for a small business that only uses it every so often for a little bit of items.

This thing came used! I DID NOT chose the “used” option so what the heck?? Also, not only is it used, but this thing is cheap plastic which feels like a generic toddler toy you’d pick up for $1.00 somewhere. It also does not work as intended and will not function properly. This product is a joke, so please please please do not waste your money or time on this product, you will be just as disappointed as me. I am BEYOND frustrated because I needed this for my boutique asap….now I have to search for a new one and waste more time, time I don’t have.

The quality could be better especially the dial that changes the price and numbers it's cheaply made, but it's ok for the price.
