usually getting these kits is a rather ho hum experience, bunch of stuff in a cheap container. Gotta say, this is a nice 5 star kit. kudos for-nice box that's not crap-parts are also in small bags, so all these itty bitty parts are staying sorted- parts have a finished look, nuts are not just one thread deep ...- pair of cheap tweezers to help retrieve the tiny stuff.-size chart on the inner lid is glued in! it's the little things that make it better.-lots of stuff, the box is heavy.It would be perfect for me if they had some lock washers , and ditched the 6mm stuff for 2.5mm, as that's my need. Cheers!

I like that the fasteners intended individual compartments are shipped in zip bags, so they won't go all over if the box breaks open. Otherwise, the fasteners seem up to normal standards.

I ordered this set after needing to drive several miles to a hardware store for a single stainless, metric machine screw, again. It is well worth the money, since most of us do not have an assortment of metric machine screws lying around.

I needed two different sizes of screws, and I hate picking them out at the hardware store. So, I bought this kit. It is overkill for what I needed, but now I will have plenty of the screws, nuts, and washers available for the next time I need one.

got it for under 30$ which is way cheaper than any hardware store near me for metric sizes.

Clear transparency: I received this through the Amazon Vines review program. I’ve worked with machinery for well over 50 years and am very particular with my tools and supplies.This is a surprisingly nice set of machine screws with washers & nuts. Stainless steel is a big plus. Very organized and adequate quantities. The location label on the inside and the outside add a nice touch. You know exactly where you need to go before you even open the box. Once it’s open each item and size is in it’s own small zip-lok bag, There is also a small set of tweezers just right for picking these small parts out of the compartment or out of the small bags they come in. I think I will leave mine in the bags, at least until I need to use them, just for ease of handling and a good way to make sure different sizes don’t end up in the wrong compartment - Almost unavoidable…..I’ve bought a few of this type of set before and many times the threads are mis-formed. I checked a few (not all) in this set and the one’s I checked started and threaded freely.These sets will save much back & forth to/from the hardware store. This is the best way to have the right hardware on hand when you start the job. I won’t hesitate to purchase Vigrue sets in the future.
