I've been using this for a couple of years. I use it instead of any face cream. Alternate evenings I use Rentin A. This also works perfectly with needling . About 3 times a year i use an automatic needler. People always ask what cosmetic procedure I've done! Yep, that good.

It works, give it time. I also used Neova DNA repair cream in conjunction with the above product.
I had a very pink pre cancerous cheek blemish. I’ve done laser, needling, etc. nothing worked. I’ve been using this serum for two months and then a very pink spot is starting to fade. I’ve also noticed more of the luminescent quality to my skin, and less dry.
