Q: will the bungee balls slips off or comes loose ?

I haven’t had any get loose but after a while they lose there elastic properties and becomes a ball on a rope .

Q: How far will the 15" bungees stretch?

I have 4” bungees and I put them around a pipe that is 7” around it but they are really tight so I would guess 150 % of the length would be a good bet and not over stretch them
