This is my first time trying this product and I can honestly say I feel a difference after using it for the first month! It is tasteless, so I take mine in water. I do twice a day. I have never felt better and more energized.

This has worked great for my two daughters and myself! It easily mixes with a small amount of water and we drink it down! Very little, unnoticable flavor!

My husband and I booked a trip through Crystal Mountain Treks for a 2 week trek to Gokyo Ri in the Himalayas. This product has a great taste and works well to boost immunity during the winter. Most antimicrobials taste strong and kids don't like them...this is something the whole family can use!
