2 Set Silicone Baking Mat. Non-stick, Half Sheet, Fat Reducing Oven Liners for Healthy Cooking.

This mat can only fits in one of my sheet pans and it is the largest one. I have cooked bacon and chicken thighs on it. The mat did its job of not allowing the food to sit in its fat. As I’ve read mixed reviews about the cleaning of the mat, I have experienced both ease and loathe when cleaning this mat.For cooking bacon drain the mat when the mat is cool enough to handle and the fat is still in liquid form. DONT WAIT FOR IT TO BECOME SOLID! It will be more difficult to clean. TRUST ME ON THIS!For chicken I used a dry seasoning, just make sure to season before placing on mat or do not just any spices or seasoning that can burn quickly. It can be a pain to clean and like cooking the bacon drain fat when cool enough to handle and in liquid form.

This mat can be great addition to your kitchen's gadgets, I really like this silicone baking mat. I bake a fair amount of finger food for entertainment and everyday consumption. I used the mats for baking pigs in the blanket and for baking chicken. I was done in just over forty minutes . I love it _ i don"t use ZERO tin foil. The mat will pay for itself many times over with the money I save on the foil and time I will save on looking for the foil!Also, you can use it this mat as a protection for your any type of counter top: granite, glass, wood and other materials. Put hot kettle or hot pot, or hot pan on it- you fixture will be same , no damage from hot temperature. .Easy to care and keep clean- just put in dishwasher or rinse it under warm water.Enjoy this 2 mats!! They are really useful!

I use silicon baking sheets often and like them. These are also silicone but have the pyramids. You can't bake cookies on them, of course, but they work very well for other items, such as chicken strips, etc. It allows for air to flow underneath and the item isn't sitting in its drippings. I saw one person complain that they were hard to clean, but I found them very easy to clean. I just wash it in my sink of soapy water with the other dishes. If needed, use a scrub brush all over to get in between the pyramids. But debris comes off very easily. It should clean up fine in the dish washer. They stack together and I roll them up to store in the pots & pans drawer.

I don't know how they work for baking, I purchased them to protect a stove top non stick griddle from damage. They trimmed up to fit very easily and work great for that purpose. I only gave them 4 stars because the colors are a little more vibrant than I desired in my kitchen. Now when my kids drop something, the griddle surface stays scratch free.

Love these ! Have used them to bake chicken instead of frying it and the cutlets were very crisp. Have also used them for bacon and bacon came out perfect. They are easy to clean and save a lot of time I usually spend scrubbing my cookie sheets. They are easy to store since they fit together and can be rolled up and tucked away. I am very happy wit this purchase. They were very easy to order and were delivered very quickly.

Baked whole potatoes and chicken drumsticks in my oven.  Did not have to turn either of them, but then again, I have decent convection oven.  Drumsticks came out not greasy at all.  Potatoes might have taken a little bit longer than usual, but since I did not have to turn them over like I would on the grill, I will take it!.Dumped the mats in warm soapy water while spouse was filling up dishwasher.  Afterwards the mats went into the dishwasher and survived heavy-duty cycle.Good purchase overall.

I used mat for microwaving my bacon. It did the jobwell, by making bacon crispy and draining fat away from it.I also baked some cookies with my kids in the oven (turningmat over, so the points were facing down). Cookies didnot stick, came out well and had nice square pattern on thebottom.I really liked that the mats were of two different colors,so I can easily remember which one was used for meat andwhich one for dough products.

I ordered these to line my baking trays with so that I could do minimal scrubbing and hopefully keep the grease away from food. I tried cooking bacon on the green mat and it came out crispy, with all the fat draining into the channels. The mat itself went into the dishwasher and came out pretty clean. Overall, the mat succeeded in both keeping grease away and washing easily. (I didn't try the red one yet but they are identical.)
