The product itself was fine and met my expectations. However, I was very disappointed with the delivery experience. The delivery person was impolite and even shouted at me on the phone, which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope this can be addressed to ensure better service in the future.

This is the best protective cover I have ever purchased, I love the sturdiness, the colour, the hand strap and the stand, well worth the $$, would definitely buy again, not that I will need to buy for my iPad again because this cover will last longer than my device for sure.

The case fits the iPad great. It went together smoothly, without any hardships. This iPad and case are used on a Honda Talon R 1000 sxs for navigation and tracking of off-road trails case. It is very durable and protects the iPad well from the bumps and bangs that happen when traveling on the trail systems. The High-viz green matches my ride. The hand strap in back is very useful for controlling the iPad while traveling. The carrying strap looks very useful, but I haven't yet used it. I expect it will come in very handy when leaving the bike because I will take the iPad with me. The only difficulty with this case is turning the screen off; it is hard to press the small button on the iPad through the case. Perhaps I will not need to fiddle with this as I do now as I become more and more familiar with using this iPad with the case. Great case; very happy with it.

Very sturdy case. Easy to use. Directions for assembly were easy to follow. Fits my 9th Generation iPad perfectly. I wish I had purchased this when I bought my iPad. I have had 2 other cases that don’t compare to this one. I like the “screen saver” as it can be cleaned easily and protects the screen. I have no trouble resting this case against my knees and typing. Very, very happy with this purchase.

My daughter is three and loves pink, so I needed a case that matched both the visual and the resistance requirements: pink and tough. This case is just suitable for the task. It has protected her iPad after a few falls and greasy fingers after snacks. The little kickstand helps immensely during car rides, as she can easily nest it on her lap. The strap and the hand grip are little additions that make carrying it more manageable, especially when unloading the car and helping my daughter inside the home—a good buy.
