Can you use this in D850?

No. That is the battery for the Z 9 camera. The D850 has a completely different battery which is a different size and different specs.

How long does it take to recharge the Nikon EN-EL 18d battery?

2 hours, more or less. Honestly, I've never timed a recharge. When I notice the charging light no longer blinking, I'm done. NB: Recharging takes a lot longer if you do it in-camera via cable. I prefer to have a second, charged battery on hand
