First one came defective. They sent a new one out to me only 13 hrs later, very grateful. This one seems to be working properly, multimeter reads 42v.

Does not actually fit the G3 Scooter
Description states it fits a large number of models of scooters, the G3 included. The plug does not fit the battery that came with the scooter, so it was useless. Returned.
